Counseling Associates LLC is owned by Julie Parker, LPC, MHSP, a counselor with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families. Julie works with patients of all ages, is a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-II) and has had extensive training in helping those with chronic conditions and illnesses. She also helps clients work through trauma and find ways to reduce traumatic responses.

When she's not at work, you'll find her spending time with family and friends, bicycling, and attending concerts.

Shonna Burnett, LPC, B-TMH, has 15+ years’ experience helping clients. She has worked in settings including the Department of Corrections/Juvenile Justice, inpatient, outpatient, and residential care.  Helping adults and adolescents with addictions, along with doing individual, couples, and family therapy using several therapy models, Shonna primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She enjoys a challenge, though, and is open to using whichever model, tool, or skill that meets clients’ needs.

Angela Campbell, LMSW’s goal with clients is to achieve positive outcomes with an increased sense of wellbeing. She helps clients of all ages identify and prioritize personal values, walking through steps that align with their self-revelation and determination. Primarily using DBT, Angela is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Trauma Treatment. Some of the diagnoses she works with are depression, anxiety, complex grief, trauma, and eating disorders. Angela brings a wealth of experience, including advocacy, behavioral intervention, leading group therapy, conflict resolution, and leadership. She enjoys serving and helping others and spending time with her family.

Monica Krulewitz, LCSW, works with adults and also has 20+ years' experience. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she uses and is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a therapy style developed to assist with emotional regulation. Monica enjoys helping clients learn to better tolerate stress, be "present" in the given moment, and increase healthy interpersonal relations. She also has extensive success helping clients heal as they overcome addictions and trauma.

Monica is a wife, a mother to two boys, and often practices DBT skills in her own life as a way of reminding herself to balance emotions with logic.
